please can someone help me i have this light on the dash when i spoke to a mechanic i know he said it was water in the fuel tank i asked him where i could locate the petrol draiage plug he didnt know which makes me unsure of his mechanical ability please has any 1 had this problem before

add 1/2 a litre of metholated spirits to the petrol tank through the fuel cap

this will evaporate the water

also remove the fuel filter and clean it out with metho

i dno were the plug is but i think there is something u can buy at orelly's or advanced or an auto parts store that obsorbes the water, my buddy had gas in his tank and he put something in it, just not sure of the name
