so here is my ranting, i wasd at the montreal international auto show tonight and i got a quote on a pric for an evoX ,price quoted 41,695$ for a GSR 5 speed with HID lights in a weird purple gray color (not titanium gray)

got a quote on insurance sinc emy insurance company had a boot there, i got quoted 8200$ a year on insurance, 3 other competitors which hada boot there quoted me between 9500 and 9900$ a year

whats up with that, i am 22,been driving since i am 16, never had an accident and i have a clean record, never had a ticket

those cars are overpriced and the insurance on them are immensely overpriced!

end of rant

I don't think insurance would be that much here in Oz, for your same details.

But yeah... same here, when your 25 it's much better.

..and please don't start bitchin on the price, you have to feel for the Singapore ppl and especially us Aussies and NZ ppl.... we get raped!

try going to the evo forums and ask around how much other people are paying.

about 2 months ago i read on the evolutionm forum on evo boards that some people were not even paying over 200 a month on their evo 8s and 9s.

if you want some good info check out evoxforums.com there is ton of info there.i know its more money for those cars up there.as far the insurance it does not matter if you been driving since 16 and no accidents or tickets.my insurance was high untill i turn 25 at this age the insurabce agencies dont consider you a at risk driver, younger then they do.
