I'd like to get my fog-lights to work when the light switch is in the parking light position. Can this be done? I have an '06 Outlander but figure the fix might be the same across platforms and there's more traffic here... :) Between this and disabling the DRL's I'll be happy.

probably is the same but there is a pin people have been bending or breaking off in there fuse box and it seems to get rid of the drl's. as far as getting the fogs to come on with the parking lights you would have to rewire some stuff. on another forum a guy actually took the stock box located in the fuse box area and re do it so that it did just that and stay on when you turned on your brights as well.
