Sup guys, I'm starting a turbo build through Neukin Motor Development. You can go to neukin.com and look them up. They specialize in honda stuff but have dabbled in mitsu quite a bit. The whole set up should be around $3k. The turbo used is a precision turbo and is capable of an easy 300-500 hp. My personal goal when everything is said and done is about 400whp. COMPLETELY doable with the right parts and technician. Neukin has produced tons of honda 1.3-1.8L powerhouses.
