your drl's are your low beam headlights. you cannot put in LED lights. the way ur drl's work is that the low beam lights run at a lower voltage so they are dimmer, then wen u turn ur lights on the the amount of light is brighter from more voltage. :P . the only thing u can do is put in hid xenons, but then u risk them flickering when your drl's are on because they cant operate with the low voltage.

there is other threads about the flickering aswell, just search it.

Took me long enough to reply. Sry.

They are micro LED's that are soldered directly to the wire board (or whatever the term for that was, I forget now) that controls the air settings. Pretty hard to replace. Not impossible though! I'll git er done some day.

Ok so I didn't open the dashboard, but I will assume (seems pretty safe to do so) that the LED's are also micro LED's soldered to a wire board as well.
That would make sense, since everything else I have seen so far (air control panel and the stereo unit) are all micro LED's.

Those arent too shabby to switch out. They are probably 9006 LED's. Dont quote me on that but that is a common SMD type LED. I wish this wouldnt void my warranty since I have a mess of new 9006 LEDs in a bunch of colors. Oh well.

Not bad to take out with a decent soldering iron. I picked one up a few years ago for like 10 bucks... it's no good...
I actually got a lot of training on soldering back at school but we had some pro equipment for that: Weller soldering stations - those are SICK. But that type of stuff would run me a couple grand or more for the setup - OUCH.

It would be nice to swap those out though with proper equipment. Easy mode that not a lot of people would have (IMG:style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif)
