I heard that a 99-02 mirage turbo kit will bolt right up to a lancer oz rally 03. Is this true?

It's not a totally perfect fit. I would go with a garett t-28 intercooled setup or a 16g setup off of an Evo. There is tons of information on turbo setups on other sites.
