I just put in a alpine headunit into my 95 elipse and I was wondering if there is any way to hook up the factory cd changer to it?

find your new units accessories list. if it says it has a cd changer control then yes if it does not have that control then you would have to hard wire it into your cd player on your unit and even then you still would only be able to use disc one until it auto switched the cd at the end of the 1st cd. if it were me i would have looked into the cd changer control option before i bought a new stereo deck. so if your heart is set on getting that. i'd sell the unit you have now and buy another head unit with that accessory.
