Hi, Does any one know the pump timing on me 04 2.5d L200 warrior, Ive recently fitted a second hand engine and had to swap the pump, now in need some data to re-time correctly. Many thanks Paul

HI PAUL, I CAN SEND YOU PRINTS OF THE TIMING SET UP AND INSTALATION PROCEDURE FROM AUTODATA IF THAT IS ANY HELP. IT WOULD HAVE TO BE SENT BY POST, THE OLD FASHIONED WAY,

to get the pump timing correct you will need a DTI gauge although if you havent removed the pump from the top cover where the upper balance shaft fits it shouldnt need pump timing doing as long as its timing marks are correct with the cam and crank etc??
