i've heard bad things about premature cracking on drilled rotors used on street cars.
i'd stick to slotted and / or dimpled as opposed to drilled. there are only a couple of brands available for the the 1st gen outlander here in the usa and they're only for the
fronts; i don't think any slotted rotors are available for the rears, though if there are i haven't found any. you probably have more choices in europe than we have....

i have had drilled/slotted rotors on my last 3BMW's and had no problem at all.so i guess ill go for it if i can find some.its a bit more noisy when you brake though...but that i can live with.
anyone know the discsize/measurements on the outlander TURBO??

Discs from evo4 will suite. I have DBA. There are also slotted EBC and many others for evo4 that have the same parametres...

How I know the outy turbo has evo 4 caliper.

The question was about dimensions of outlander turbo brake disks. I answered that they have similar dimensions to evo4 brake disks, but in catalogues you won't find disks for outlander - you shold search ones for evo4, buy them and install on your outlander. I don't understand why manufacturers ignore outlander - many owners have problems with brake rotors but can't find them, because they dont know dimensions. In which connection are brake calipers to this theme?)

I red that :

I know for sure that front disks have diameter 294mm and width 46mm. I checked it with a ruler) Maybe versions differ...

is this the parameters of outlander or evo brakes???

These are outlander=evo4 parameters) There are some evo4 versions as I know... The parametres are of the simpliest version

so its 110% sure that EVO4 front rotor's fit?

Download brake rotors catalogue from, for example, DBA site and make sure) I ordered evo4 rotors by such catalogue and installed them on my outlander.

Ordered my last brales from R1Concept front and rear for less than 350$ and less than 2 hours later had a complete brake job done. I might have one tip for squeeling brakes: What I do after about 1000kms I switch the pads sides and I lose that really sharp squeel that you often get from new brakes especially if it rains just after install. This is easy, remove wheel remove caliper switch pads and screamer and reverse assembly. 5 minutes top.
