 Wiring Problem, problem with wiring harness

I have been have some electrical issues as of late and when i looked into it i noticed that the wiring harness that is by the drive side kick pannel has some charred wires that looked like they shorted out. My question is if anyone has a wiring diagram for the kick panel wires for the 2002 lancer year or a entire car flowchart wiring diagram. any help would be appreciatted

go to your local dealership and ask them for the wiring diagram they can tell you everything that is wired in that area and it will only cost you the cost of a copy from their book(like 10 cents), unless they are really cool and give it to you for free.
