Drives: Mitsubishi carisma 1.8 gdi equippe

Hey again got one problem sorted now theres another.

The other day i changed the front break pads on my car and they were working perfectly. Put them on put some dot 4 in and bled them and they were fine. A day later was driving down the road and they just cut out on me. Has any one here ever experianced this.

Oh by the way its a 2001 mitsubishi carisma equippe gdi 1.8.

Any ideas would be greatly appriciated.

Thanks.
