i know that u guys have already talked about this before. i want to install subs into my car and i already bought a converter that makes RCA outputs by tapping off my rear speakers. i need to know how do i get to the rear speakers and if this is a good idea i have herd of people frying there factory amps by doing this.

This is how I set up my amps by tapping to the rear speaker with High/Low converter. I have no problem with this set up, I'm using two amps one for Sub and one for the 3 way 6x9 w/c run on full range. Just make sure to ground the converter well and check the polarity on your speaker wire to your converter make sure you connect it right. As for getting to the rear speakers you have to remove the rear seat and side paneling it's a little bit hard getting there though.
