Hello, I own a 2004 Endeavor and I have been having a problem with the sunroof leaking. I has a strong wind sound coming from the rear aspect of the sunroof with the shade back and traveling above 30 mph. I also feel an air leak in this area. I took in in 3 times and now it is in for the 4th time (all of which nothing was covered under warranty). I was told that they were adjusting the track.. This time they want to replace the track/rack (?) for the price of $1500 U.S. (parts & labor). I feel that if they couldn't fix the problem earlier, what makes them think they can fix it now. Has anyone else had problems with their sunroof. Can I purchase this item and install it myself. What are my options? Thanks in advanced.

I just purchased a 2004 Endeavor and also have a leaking Moonroof. It only happens though when I take it through a car wash. I didn't notice it when raining. Has anyone ran into this and how did you proceed to fix it. Thanks for any help that can be provided.
