I had a couple burned valves on a 24v 3.0 Diamante. Obviously the head is off. When it goes back on, can I reuse the head bolts, or are they 'torque-to-yield' or whatever mitsu calls their one time use bolts?
thanks

the factory manual says replace the head bolts

best advice for your multi valve motor is renew your bolts

I have reused the hex headbolts on several 3 ltr V6 SOHC motors with high KMs
and no head or thread strip or stretch problems

Thanks. I was hoping I could get it together this weekend rather than waiting for parts. It has been suggested by others that these bolts are reusable, hence the question.
thanks again.

Re-use is to take a chance. It's your call.

I don't want to risk it. I know on some vehicles the bolts can be reused, and on others they can't. I got the bolts. Hopefully it will run today.
thanks
