Hi. :)
Getting condensation on inside of headlight and isn't going away.
Is this a known fault(2004 carisma new shape)?
It's out of warranty but if Mitsubishi know about it can I get the dealer to repair it?
Any advice?

Hi.I have a 2003 Did and have the same problem.
I think it could be the seal.

I also had this problem when I first got the car.
To eliminate it I parked the car facing the sun, when all the condensation had evaporated I removed the bulb and sucked all the damp air out using a vacumm cleaner. To date the problem hasnt re-occurred after 7 months.
