hey guys, how it going, this is my first post

im after the tacho signal wire for my lancer, it doesnt have a factory tacho, Im installing a 5" monster tach and I need to find the wire. I just need the wire colour, i would imagine it is near the coil pack, ECU or in the instrument cluster plug.

if you do not have a stock tack you will not have a stock wiring for a tack so its going to be on your 1st coil pack in the wiring before the coil pack you could just simply use a multimeter to find it. or i would just ask your local dealership which one it is, that information won't cost you anything, they can print you off a wiring schematic and it will tell you the color and everything. they might charge you for the copy, like 10 cents or something.
