Hi,

Is there any way to switch distance measuring from miles to kilomteres & switch radio to tune every 1/10 not 2/10 like US version do?

miles / km is controlled by the computer. If you have the nav system its an easy adjustment. Its somewhere in the system settings

park your car. Turn the key so the display is car is on but not started. Hold down the menu button for your dashboard and you'll be able to change settings there. Also you'll be able to change the guestumate milage from Automatic to Manual.
