your car has 210hp to the crank, which is about 180hp to the wheels(which is what really counts). your car is a fed spec eclipse. the reason your GT has more hp than the '02+ GT is b/c the fed spec has only 1 cat. the '02+ GT has 3 cats.
when you replace the exhaust manifolds, you no longer have that same advantage over the other GT. now your car is essentially an '02 GT w/headers. the kamikaze headers are crap. you will be lucky to get 5hp out of those. as far as i know, there are only three aftermarket companies that make decent headers for the V6: RIPP, Hytech, RPW. any other header will give you minimal gains.
a no name header, aem intake, and any exhaust will net you about 10-15whp(and i am being generous). i have talked to a guy that had an '02 GT with AMSS headers(which are just like the Kamikaze), Injen intake, and magnaflow exhaust. he got his car dynoed, and he had 175whp. which means he gained about 5whp.
all this information is for a manual. if you have the auto/sportstronic, then the numbers are lower
