hey all,

this is an update for the l300 i'm trying to get running. found it in the scrap yard, missing the water pump, t-belt tentioners, and the hardware to put the replacement parts on.

the fan with the clutch still attached to part of the pump shaft, rad, pulleys, PS pump, t-belt cover, and all the belts seem to be there (pretty much everything but the pump, tensioners, and hardware).

eng: 4G63 BB0 (sohc)
vin: JMBLZP03WLA103411

i looked around on the net for pics of how the front of the motor should look, couldn't find any good pics of the sohc, only the dohc. in fact not very much info on the sohc at all.

few questions. are all 4g63 motors the 2.0L? are parts interchangable btween the dohc and sohc block? any tricks to doing the t-belt (the rad is in the back for easy acess)?

by the way, the van is not us market. that's why the funny vin. :liebe011:
