Hi.
The battery light stays on when engine is running.
Seems to come good after it warms up. Then it stays on when idleing but goes out when engine revs increase.
Should I be looking for a `bad battery? bad alternator? bad regulator?
Anybody else have this prob?
Any help much appreciated.
Cheers, Bob.

wriggle the wire connetion to the regulator

if the light still comes on that may need to be replaced

if not then the alternator -mechanic or auto electrician :imsorry:

if it is a v6 thats not an easy job

Mitsibishi decided to bolt the alternator to the lower part of the motor
against the firewall of the passengerside engine bay
