Hello everyone. New Lancer owner here.

The Hands-Free system volume is way louder than my radio and it seems like sound only comes out of the passenger side. Is there a way to tweek these settings?

Thanks!

no, they are what they are. Usually the volume difference is caused by your cell phone

Yeah just turn it down using the volume button on your steering wheel. And theres nothing you can do about it coming only from the passenger side, thats just how its wired up.

It's meant to simulate an actual phone call. You don't listen to your phone with both ears, only one. It does it on the right side since most people use their right ear while driving to talk on a cell phone.

...

Unless you drive an import.

The microphone is actually in the middle of the car. It is in between the two overhead lights.

All you need to do to adjust the volume is use your volume controls.
