so i'm vacuuming out my car today right. i get to the floorboard on the drivers side and i'm getting up under the pedals when i notice a lil piece of plastic under the gas pedal. i push the gas pedal down all the way to see if it hits it and......sure enuff it does. the thing is threaded so i take it off and go for a drive. believe it or not, it helped quite a bit. anyone ever seen anything like that?

have a stop behind the pedal, and now that i got mats, the mat (heavy duty) adds another blocker between the pedal and the metal. (or the floor)
