i look at the GS and RS like my paintball gun. off topic but will relate so stick with me. it comes with a standard handle (standard NA engine) a short barrel (tires/rims) a plastic grip (body kit) and various other inferior parts. now i bought it for 130 new, (symbolizing a RS for like 1500) after i bought it i waited a few pay checks saved up 100dollars and bought a barrel (new rims) and saved up agian and bought a new bolt (cams) saved up more bought a new expansion chamber (intake/exhaust) then once the guns internals were upgraded i bought a new electronic grip (turbo) it didn't come with one but upgraded the gun to allow it. now all in all i spent about 600 or so on a gun.
i could have taken 600 bucks and straight bought an ION (great great gun, like a GSX) but at the time i couldn't afford it, and i wanted to paintball so i got a cheaper gun, (my gun performs on the same level now) instead of waiting a year to get a gun i just got one i could afford and built it to how i want it. same as buying a cheap car and upgrading it to your standards. yea in the long run it costs more but if all you can afford to drive at the moment is a cheap car, get it, then work on it.

People don't take into account that most GSXs and GSTs would've been beat to hell and many other, expensive problems may arise.
How you figured that? Is there somewhere i can search where it says that most are beaten like you say? Most of the gsx's and gst that i've seen are lightly modded, but that doesnt mean that they are beaten. I dont know exacly what you mean by "Beaten", Beaten to me is like racing your car most of the time and reving it like crazy. By the way who says that Gs's and Rs's arent beaten also...those are the ones that Most people get their hands on anyway so if anything those are the ones that get "beaten".

if some one mods a car you know what they did with it.kowing that its turbo and its quick most people may not stay off the pedal.now some of these cars are owned by dumb drivers that dont know *** about them.he has a partial point on that.most cars nowadays get beaten on one way or another.

But..... at the same time a lot of people get the RS/GS because it's what they can afford, and they still drive it like it's a 4g63t.
So, while I can see you're point... it doesn't really hold up.
Question, is that white Eclipse with the red mitsu emblem on the hood in your AV yours? Was the mitsu emblem there when you bought it?
Just seeing that makes me believe the car was probably driven harder than it should have. No offense (well maybe...) but a lot of kids that think they're F&F go with the stickers, then drive their car the same way.

I have to agree trying to get some more ponies on your RS will be a headache, I own one and i'm not going that road, I'm following Rob advice, good tinting, good wheels and suspension so It can be a car that drives nice and looks good. If I want speed, well there are turbo charged cars that will do that and with a little help and money that thing can fly.
