If it's Windows Mobile, then this should work.
1.) Turn off your car. Believe me, it helps. 2.) On your phone, go to your Communication Manager and select your Bluetooth Settings by clicking the Settings softkey and selecting "Bluetooth." 3.) Make sure discoverable is ON. Then hit done/ok to save your settings and exit out of Communication Manager. *Since it is a Windows Mobile phone, the discoverable process will remain on for as long as your bluetooth mode is on* 4.) Start your car (not in acc. mode, I mean a full engine start). This also helps  5.) Hit the Hands Free button on your steering wheel and wait for the prompts. They should go in this order: "Setup" ... "Pairing Options" ... "Pair" 6.) Choose a password to link to your phone. "0000" or "1234" are perfect options. The car will send the request to all available pairing devices. 7.) When you get the request on your phone, enter the password you assigned previously. 8.) Assign a priority based on how often you use the phone (1 being more often). 9.) Name the device on your phone (and your car), save your settings and you are ready to go!
From here on out, all you need to do in order to pair your device to your car is simply turn on your bluetooth and the car will automatically connect. If you have the Navi package, you can hit the phone symbol on the map and it will show if the phone is connected, your battery life, and level of reception. If not, you can hit the hands free button and it will let you know that the phone is connected.
