Hey guys: I'm going to start searching for a used GTS leather steering wheel to replace the plastic one in my Lancer ES. Before I start my search I wonder: anyone know if the Outlander steering wheel is identical? From pictures it looks the same, but I just want to be sure.

Also, I'm assuming I can just swap my airbag over to the new wheel, am I right? Buying a wheel with a blown airbag is going to be a lot cheaper than buying the whole kit 'n caboodle.

Unless you know what you're doing this is highly NOT recommended.

Error = Trip to ER

I've worked with airbags before, specifically installing a wood rimmed wheel in a Miata. Nonetheless, I'd probably have a shop perform the operation.
