anyone know a quick way to find a hole in your tire ? I've tried the water/soap method didnot work.

when i fill it up with air it does not deflate right away, but next morning (1day after) and i can't hear or see any hissing etc??

any opinions??

take the wheel off the car and over inflate. You should be able to find the leak.

you don't think it will burst if i OVER inflate it??

does this give anymore clues? I fully inflate the tire ( it's off of the car all the time, i currently use a spare) then its good for the day (5hours or more) than next day i wake up and its deflated and i never put it on the car , maybe i would hear the hissing sound if i apply pressure on it? like if i put it on the car?

You take the wheel off the car and over inflate to find the hole.

Release all air

Then you take your screw push it through the hole. Now its a clean hole.

Now you take your patch and insert in the cleaned hole.

Now you reinflate to proper spec and go buy new tires. Keeping in mind that all patched tires lose their speed rating.

Have you checked to see if the valve stems are cracked or split in any way shape or form. I just had to chenge one on a trailer yesterday. Very easy to check. Just move them around a little bit, and they will hiss if there is a crack in it.

easier way.

1. Fill bathtub with water
2. Put air in tire
3. Look for a massive amount of bubbles

Leak found.

could be corrosion on the inside of the rim where the tyre bead sits
