Hello all,

Running a 1.8 GDi Equippe, petrol auto. Yesterday, the computer display packed in, along with the illumination of the (factory) radio/cassette.

The radio still works OK but the display is blank. I'm thinking (hopefully) a fuse but the book only refers to a one for 'gauges'...and I can't find out how to get into the dash fusebox.
Any experiences/advice gratefully received.

Many thanks,

Dave

The fuse box is located on the door side of the driver footwell. It lists the fuses on the cover too, just clips off.

Thanks, folks. Just to clarify, on my car at least, the driver's side fuse box is located *behind" the lower edge of the dash panel, i.e. just above and to the right of the throttle pedal. Unclipping the cover and using the factory 'tweezers', I found that the 15A fuse that guards the cigarette lighter (and the display) had blown.

All fixed now, thanks again.
