I recently installed a sound system (head unit, amp, and woofer) into my 2005 Lancer OZ Rally. I've done many installs and have a high mechanical aptitude. However, after installation, and a successful sound check, I went to turn on my headlights. The headlights turned on but the gauge lights did not. I also noticed my left tail light was not illuminated, but the brake lights work.

So... Can anyone please help me?

When you wired in the new head unit, did you use a wire harness adapter, or did you cut the factory harness and run your own wires?
