This awesome kit for such a great price didn't come with the only item that is specifically required to follow the instructions as listed in the sticky.

No extra 9006 cable :(

My question is... where the heck do I get one? If I have to, I could just do the mod directly to the remote turn-on plug, but I would rather not just incase for some reason I have to return the HID kit.

Thanks!

Anybody? Anything?

Could somebody at least tell me what HID kit actually comes with an extra 9006 cable? I don't fancy the idea of having to run my HIDs in the daylight.

Im not following you.. Extra 9006? No kit will just throw you an extra one. the thread I think you are referring to as sticky is :
http://www.mitsubishi-forums.com/t31985-ho...nd-hid-39-s.htm

it does not require an extra 9006. You use the one that's supplied with the kit, only 1 needed.

hope this helps.

Yeah, that's pretty much what I stated in my original post. I know I can always just mod the remote turn-on plug on the wiring harness that MobileHID supplied... but I was so eager to have HIDs, I installed them right away :(

So now, I have to remove the harness, solder, and reinstall.

...

Boring. What's worse is that my local RadioShack doesn't supply 50kohm resistors. The closest they get is about 48Kohm separately or I can buy a set of 100 resistors for $20. Seems silly to spend $20 when I only need 2. I'm pretty sure they don't have the MOSFET transistor I need either.

...

What a bunch of donkey ballocks...
