1.) Check the vacuum on the cruise control...make sure the vacuum hose is connected
I'll look at this next time I get the chance, this certainly sounds like the case.
2.) I have a rear wiper motor if you want it...
I might hit you up if need be, I have a second car, I just need to check that the rear wiper on that one works before I go through all the efforts. :)
3.) Splice a wire into another power source. Run it to your positive on your cigarette lighter. Then just ground it to something else. I spliced mine into my stereo harness...works perfectly.
This was my plan, just checking in case it was an obvious fix, I'm going to tap off the 2nd accessory plug that actually does work.
4.) Just go under your hood and pull the relay for the ABS and off goes the light.....ABS blows anyways.
Sounds good to me.
5.) SRS Lights are common in these cars. Deal with it lol it could get expensive.
See #4, I figured I'd pull the light.
6.) As for the Service light...you mean the Check Engine light is on? If thats the case go the easy route first. Take it to autozone and have them run a free diagnostics.. When my engine light was on i took it there and narrowed it down to the MAF Sensor...got a new one and bam..problem solved. If that doesn't help you. Take it to a garage and have them run a full diagnostics and it'll tell you everything.
It's on my '93 where the light comes off and on, like it will go off and then come back on at random, so right now I was already thinking MAF sensor from talking to a mechanical friend, autozone I don't think will touch it since it's a '93 and pre OBDII, but supposedly a friend of a friend has a mechanic's scan-tool set for pre ODBII cars, so we'll see. Worst case I'll take it to the dealer.
Thats all i can say...good luck
