Hey guys, I have a dumb question. How can you tell whether you have a 1.5 or a 1.8 4 cylinder motor? I just bought a 2000 Mirage and I think it's a 1.5 but I'm not 100% sure. Thanks.

there should be a vin code number in your door. it should have the engine displacement there as well. if not there is the sticker under your hood. it should just say 1.5 or 1.8. for the engine size.

No sticker under the hood, but I didn't think to look at the door edge. Thanks

Well, there is no tag on the door edge that says anything, except tire information. I did however find the engine size on the little metal plate on the firewall. It's a 4G93, so I have the 1.8.
