im thinking of lowering my 2k eclipse. im gonna leave the stock 17" rims but i dont know how many inches i should lower it! any advice!

would a silver eclipse lowered with a magnaflow exhaust and stock rims look alright! im on a budget so cant do a lot of mods so this is what i can afford

my friend dropped his 2" its got a really great stance now...i would go with 2"

i dont have any pics of it... he took the lowering springs off for the winter... i dont understand why he didnt just wait until spring to put them on... so much work to just take them off again... i wouldnt be able to get any pics till spring... that is if he plans on installing them again...

i think 2'' is way too low. 1.5'' is way better.

eclipsechick, did your friend replace his shocks and struts?

i dont know if he had to replace the struts or anything... he lives in a different state now and i havent talked to him in a while

the 2.0 inch drop is modified he cut 1 1/2 coils off of it (it was the only 2 that i could find. The chick? dunno just someone off cardomain but she totaled it and now has a different car
