 1994 Galant Idle Adjustment Screw, Can idle adjustment screw be replaced?

I tired to increase the idle on my 1994 Galant and the head on the adjustment screw crumbled. Can the screw be replaced (preferable with a metal part this time instead of whatever that was made of)? Or any other suggestions, idle is running 500 and below right now.
