Hello, I think I can say that you can definitely find a kit that will work for your Carisma. I have a Spacestar, and having had a Carisma as a courtesy car during a dealer service, the basic kit seems to be exactly the same, and I have successfully fitted an aftermarket keyless entry kit to the Spacestar. You need to confirm that the Carisma door locking works via an ECU, which takes it's signal to fire up the door actuators, from the switching to earth of either the door key cylinder switch, or the internal switch on the door trim. If this is the case, and it is very likely to be, then another switch to earth in parallel, will also fire up the actuators. This can be done with two miniature relays each having a normally closed, normally open, and a common connection. one relay will be used for the opening, and the other for closing. All the kits you will find will use such relays, and bundle it all up into a nice plastic box to hide under the dash, which is where you will likely find the door lock ECU. There will be two wires from this ECU which are the signal wires for lock and unlock, which will splice at some point to meet with the two existing switches. You really need a wiring diagram to work out where the ECU is and which wires are which, but it is literally as simple as connecting up the normally open terminal on the kit relays to the appropriate ECU wires, splicing the common relay terminals to earth, and hooking up a permanent live feed. There are other wires in the kits for indicators, and that needs to be carefully worked out as well, but isn't essential. Kits to look for include Falcon Phaser, Cobra 1046, Rightclick KE02. Note that you do not have to break into the door trim or wiring, at any time, and you do not have to get another actuator to get these kits working. Some companies infer that you do. Not true. Some fitting instructions can be obtained in advance of buying these kits eg Phaser, and it is worth looking to see what's involved. Not too bad overall. About 2 to 3 hours work.
Good luck
