Hi All,

I have an '08 GTS with Bluetooth. When I pair my phone every thing works as expected for a week or so. Then for no reason I can find, the system loses my pairing. My phone still has the hands free system listed, but the car no longer lists the phone. Any one seen this before?

Dave

yeah, usually I turn off the car, turn it back on and everything is golden. Hasn't happened in awhile though, think its related to the phone you have. Try another if you can. my Iphone used to do it once a week and after some updates it hasn't done it in over a month

My iPhone has done it a couple time, but I just go onto the iPhone and turn the bluetooth off then back on, and it works fine.

This has happened to me as well. At first, I thought it was my Blackberry Curve so I changed to a Palm Centro and it worked for a few days and lost pairing again. It has driven me nuts and I cant seem to find the answer to this pairing lost problem. If anybody has the solution to this problem, please post...

1.) What kind of phone do you have?
2.) Are you doing anything to the phone that would alter your bluetooth profile?

My bluetooth pairing with my car is FLAWLESS. I just turn on my bluetooth and go. The only time I ever (and I mean EVER) have to resync the phone to my car is because I did a hard reset on the phone (which would delete my current bluetooth profile on my phone and my car wouldn't recognize it anymore).

The pairing on mine hasn't disappeared, but i always need to go into setup and specify my phone, even though its the only one. Or else it always says "phone not found"
