Somebody on another post said something about putting a 16G turbo from an evo on the 03 OZ. Where can I get this turbo kit? Can an evo turbo kit be modified to fit on a standard lancer? Or what is a decently priced (cheapest) turbo kit that you can get for the 03 OZ (automatic transmission)?

No, an Evo turbo kit will not fit a non-Evo Lancer. There are a limited number of places to get a turbo kit.

www.roadracemotorsports.com (they have complete kits, and "hacker/tweaker" kits)

you can custom build a turbo kit for the lancer using an evo 16G turbo.
do a search around www.evolutionm.net, there are several people who've done it, and they managed to reuse a bunch of the stock evo parts other than just the turbo. Like the downpipe, intercooler piping and a few other things

usually costs about $2500 - $3000 to do it

All most all turbo parts are universal except for the manifold and down pipe

Would a piggy back ecu work alongside a turbo with no trouble? Also I found a kit on ebay with a t3t4 turbo for about 750 bucks. It doesn't come with the header portion or downpipe though. Where can I find a turbo header and downpipe, or could a custom exhaust shop fabricate them and at what cost?

Thanks again

don't buy an ebay turbo kit. they are crap and most of the parts won't fit.

just buy some used Evo turbo parts, and then take your car to a shop and have them build you a kit. Either that or do lots and lots of research...... in fact you should do lots and lots of research anyway, cos it sounds like you haven't done any
