Hi everyone i'm thinking of painting my 1985 rc hatchback colt white. It originally came out with the metallic green and the brown interior. Im going to be doing the work myself but i just want to know your opinions about the colour. White with a brown interior, does it go well?

I'm not a fan of white in general, just because it shows dirt/grease/tar much easier than other exterior colors.

However, that opinion aside, I think that white with a brown interior looks just fine.

Are you planning to do the paint job yourself, or have a shop do it?

why not paint the interior too? you know they have new fabric paints and plastic dyes that can easily change the color of your interior quite quickly with less head ache then trying to find a used car with a color of interior you like, or repainting the exterior to match your interior color.

here is a link for the plastic spray paint/dye.

here is a link for the fabric spray on paint/dye.
