that old header came with the car when i bought it last year...so im assuming from just driving it just wore.

it threw off my o2 sensor cause my check engine light would go on and off at random times.

Your previous header cracked because you wrapped it. Wrapping headers is not smart - nor would I ever suggest it.

I'd suggest taking the vehicle to a dyno and having it tuned to the new header and adjusting some settings to maximize the performance and vehicle settings to be optimal with the replacement.

just doing part of it isnt good but the whole thing helps keep temp down and doesnt cause my brother has 2 all motor 240zx race cars and we rap all the headers for them and not one has cracked. with over 5000 race miles on both cars.

Well I'm sure your brother is more of an expert than I am on this subject

also to add, i heard that when you wrap a header, it absrbs more moisture causing rust to begin building, but that could be when you run over a HUGE PUDDLE...cause i was gona wrap some more like the down pipe for winter cause it rusted all ready and my mechanic said what i just explained.
