the RA has a 2.4L compared to the Evo's 2.0L. other than that the evos got the RA beat in everything else.

RA 5spd
EVO 6 spd.

RA N/A
EVO Turbo'd

RA FWD
EVO AWD

these are the MAJOR differences

:offtopic: i would like to know... is there any difference between the regular lancer and the ralliart. don't want to know about mechanichal stuff because i know there's a difference, just would like to know if the body is the same and if stuff for the regular lancer would fit the RA (ie: headlights, hood, etc etc)
thanks

PS sorry to go off topic but this seemed the right place to post

Bodies should be the same, so the parts you want should be interchangeable.

I hate to dig this thread back up but this is the only thread that seems appropriate.

So my question is, is there any way to put and 03 Evo front clip (hood, fenders, bumper, lights ect.) on an 04 Lancer Ralliart?

Different widths.... nope. They are not interchangable parts.

The differences depend on what year you are talking about. Turbo and AWD didn't come until 2009 and are also 2.0l on the Ralliart. Evo has always been wider.
