when i had my eclipse a guy told me something that really stuck:

If its good and cheap its not fast
If its cheap and fast its not good
If its good and fast its not cheap.

and really i think it applies with everything for cars except maybe strut bars.

Another thing to keep in mind, if you have an automatic transmission, you cannot install a Cold Air Intake. You can only install a Short Ram Intake.

I got a K&N short ram for my 04 ES on Ebay for like $115. It's really, really great.

If you've got automatic, there's no way to do a cold-air intake without just making a frankensteined short ram into one.

I have this one installed in my car and it works fine. Its not the best but it works. I have an auto 02 ls. So maybe you might want to check this one out if your not too worried about brand. http://www.autopartswarehouse.com/details/...KV4801053K.html
