this is just my opinion, but ive come to realize i would rather have a slower car but look good instead of a junky fast car(not meaning that to the other car of the month entry) becuase speed only gets us around here in trouble anymore so i just try n make my car look better instead of going fast

yeah you are right for the most part...but you gotta remember that the eclipse is a sports car...which is suppose to be fun. Being slow is not fun at all...and this is coming from a guy that has a slow car (working on making it fast) and has gotten stopped lots of times for having a car that "looks" fast..lol.

I have more fun in my scion because its more fun to toss around then my faster 3000gt.

But I like to roll up to places in my 3000 because it looks better then my scion.

So there I'll throw a wrench in that theory.

ok i got to tell you i like the mods on the 1990GSX, but i don't know exactly why but the G2 Eclipse no matter what the motor or mods are they way the car looks stock just gives me a hard on. if you toss on a body kit with a drag wing instead of the insanely tall fiberglass wings they look so mean its awesome. i'm going to have to go with the G2. just think about it. if the same motor and mods were on the G2 RS you all know you'd be voting for that instead.

the only way to be equal in good looks and mods, you'd have to have the G2 with the same motor and mods with a decent high production body kit on it, and have the G1 with the body kit and hatchback customized so that would make it look like the Dodge daytona turbo interceptor from the movie "The Wraith" then you'd have a big challenge there.

i know i just mentioned Dodge in here, but if it weren't for Dodge and the Daytona turbo Z car and the Chrysler laser XT, which both cars came off of the discontinued dodge challenger eventually and after the Dayton and Laser were discontinued became the Chrysler Labaron Turbo, then the Chrysler sebring which shares the same motors that we have in the 3G Eclipse's. without Dodge, we wouldn't have had the Mitsubishi Eclipse in the united states ever. sorry fellas who like the Eclipse and hate Dodge. your practically driving one. lol FACE!!!!

of coures if it had the same motor and mods we'd vote for it. but to me the motor and mods of the gsx and the awd take the cake.

and if aunt sally had balls we'd call her uncle.

Dodge sucks.

Chrysler owns dodge and they suck. and the lebaron came way before the laser, which was an eclipse.

Ever hear of an 1984 LaBaron Turbo... I know I've driven one.

If I owned my car I'd try to trade for that gsx because slow is never the way to go,,,look I to love the sex appeal of the 2g here but.... my $11,000 3g is no match for the awd turbo, I admit it
