Hello...this is my first post in these forums

....I recently bought a 2008 eclipse GS...2 days after I buy it the (!) light comes on for low pressure....I check all my tires with a gauge...all seems fine. I drive for 10 minutes and its gone for the remainder of day and night.

I get in my car to go to work the next morning...the light is on again. Just in case...I put a couple pounds of air into each tire (Not over pressuring it!) and again it goes away after a 10-20 min. (This repeats for 5 out of 7 days I have this car)

I think its because the cold weather is compressing the air which is normal...but enough to set off the sensors??

Today is the coldest day yet since Ive owned my car and today the light will not turn off. All tires are 3 - 4 PSI over the specs (32 for front and back...my tires are at 35).

Would anyone have information about this? Is it normal? Will it stop when the warm weather comes? Looking forward to a reply!

Either A: The sensor is bad... or B: It can tell both ways and doesn't like that they are too full.
