Hi I have a 92 V3000 auto with a SOHC motor my problem in when I put my foot down it sounds like either starving for gas or to much air. Have changed air flow meter (as i had a spare) Can anyone help with what else I could try?? Car drives fine as long as you are not hard on the gas! And also I have a new fuel filter is it worth changing that to see what happen's. Cheers

the o2 sensor is non repairable

page 2 of this link
http://www.mitsubishiclubaustralia.com/for...topic.php?t=901

Throttle Position Sensor Resistance . 3.5 to 6.5 kOhms

if you get a high voltage reading you are on the wrong wires
use a paper clip as a pick up probe

I put the screws in the middle of the adjustable slot on the TPS
if there is no improvement I do small adjustments
left or right

in the dark start the motor up
and look for arcing or sparks on the coil and leads

ECU maybe at fault if it doesnt reset
get one from a wrecker
