Just wondering if there was any way to take the transmission out of a 99' eclipse or any eclipse for that matter, into a 03 Galant DE. Im tired of an automatic. Also i was planning on turbo chargeing the 2.4 4 cyl motor. Is there any site that has already made the right parts for me just to order or do i have do use the eclipse parts since there the same motor. By the way i have a 4g64 motor.

Okies if the eclipse engine is the 4G64 LBD (sitting on the left side of the engine bay) . The older 4G64 and 4G63 tranny , and most parts will not fit between the right side bay and left side bay designated engines. . If the engine and transmission are both on the same sides , yes all teh parts will swap out down to the floor shifter in teh car and the clutch pedal and bracket and wiring harness. Altho if there are poarts for turbo on the 4G64 00 up eclipse those parts will fit yur engine also , but yu must kno yu must drop compression before yu add a turbo to this engine. if its a full turbo kit though teh front bumpers ara bit diff yu will have to make a small modification to the piping if getting a turbo kit for an eclipse to make it adequate for the Galant
