Well I just got back from the dealership. They performed the Navi update & they replaced the Dunlop's with Pirelli's because of the pulling problem.

I have to double check what presure they put in them. They rode noticeably better than the Dunlop's, BUT the streering response seems to have diminished some. Maybe not a bad thing.....but it isn't as darty as it used to be.
Some tires may cause mileage changes which I can't verify as of yet, but I will post any findings in the near future.

According to the sidewall, it shows 40 better on the treadwear. Double AA rating for the Traction & another A rating for the Temp.

According to Tire Rack, the original Dunlops placed 17th out of 19 tested under Ultra High Performance All Season tires.

The Pirelli's that replaced the Dunlops placed 7th. Quite a nice jump!

I will post back once I test them in the Rain & eventually the Snow.

Funny thing...the roads that I had taken home, the car still felt like it pulled a little to the left STILL. So I will check the presure once the tires cool off & re-check to see if they are still pulling when I go out later & during the week. Otherwise I will take it in again for another alignment, for the 3rd time to see what's what. Annoying, but better than before.

Anyone else have their's replaced yet? If so, let me know what you think.

They replaced mine with Bridgestone Potenza RE92A's. The pull is gone, steering response is smoother and traction in corners seems slightly better.

Not Perelli's but a lot better than the Dunlops.

It's been pretty windy around here since I got the tires installed.
The vehicle still felt like it pulled to the left, but only slightly.
I checked the presure & the right front was off by 1+ pound. I'll see what it's like in the morning. All the other tires were set at 34. So I guess these tires are better for ride than handling. Good enough for me. These still handle great, but the Dunlops just seemed to respond to drivers input better, (faster).
Mileage so far has been the same thankfully.

They put Yokohama's on all of our Mitsu's out here. I don't know if it makes a difference but my ES pulls a little to the left as well.. Thinking it might have something more to do with the car than the tires/wheels.

The GTS's came with the Dunlops & the ES's came with different tires. As far as I know, only the GTS's had the problems. Even after I got the new tires, the steering wheel is still off a little to the right. Still think that it pulls only ever so slightly still to the left.
Since I put in 1 more pound of air in all the tires (now up to 35psi all around) the sterring response is now as crisp as the Dunlops. Ride is still better than the Dunlops as well. BUT IMHO, they are still a little noisy, but no more so than the originals. Man I need to sound proof the car some....road noise is horrible.

does it cost any or do i go into the dealership and say i have pulling to the left issue and they will replace my dunlops with w/e?

also i havent had the relay problem and havent heard about it in awhile, but i have black relays and was wondering if i need to get those changed to the green on the same day?

and all this needs to be scheduled right? i cant just show up and say, "hey i have this problem..."

I told my guy there about my pulling problem...(THE CAR LOL!) & he had me take it into a place for an alignment. That didn't help 1 bit. They guy there told me to drive it for about 200+miles for the tires to wear evenly....did it & still nothing. Called my guy again & then had taken it back for another alignment. Did a front to back & crossed the fronts as well & still nothing. The alignment guy said you have a tire issue. He called the dealership & they in turn ordered me a new set.

Just get everything documented. I even called up Mitsu & opened a claim on this problem. All in all it worked out.

However...I am not sure that I like these tires. Yes they ride better & they are maybe a hair quieter, but they are not as responsive as the Dunlops. Even if I bump the Pirelli's to upper 30's....still not as responsive as the Dunlops were.
If you can get another tire, I would say do it.
FYI, no mileage differences between the 2 tires.
