If you turn the key and hear a click, then the solenoid is fine. If you replaced the battery, and it doesnt start, that rules out both the battery and the alternator.
It's either your starter, or your wires(pos or neg).
To check to see if its the starter, tap the starter lightly with a hammer, usually it works better if you have a long pipe or crowbar to help lengthen your reach. If you tap it about 3 or 4 times, then try to start it, and it doesnt, it is your wiring. Check the ground first, then the positive.
To test the wires, just plug another car up to your's via jumper cables. If you ground to your chasis, and the car starts. The ground is bad, more than likely either corroded or is not holding a good connection at the starter.
