I have a 93 3000GT with Automatic tranny that I recently replaced the motor in. I had a timing belt break and bent all 24 valves. Now the tranny will not go in any of the lower gears, just reverse and DRIVE.....any ideas on what the problem might be? Thanks

CHECK THE FUSES UNDER THE HOOD AND UNDER DASH. TAKE A TEST LIGHT AND CHECK ALL THE FUSES. JUST BECAUSE IT DOES NOT SAY TRANS IT MAY BE CONNECTED TO ANOTHER FUSE. ALSO CHECK AND MAKE SURE YOU HAVE ALL THE LITTLE GROUND WIRES CONNECTED. YOU MUST HAVE BLOWN A FUSE OR BAD GROUND. CHECK BY THE BATTERY AND MAKE SURE ALL THE HOT WIRES ARE CONNECTED.

The lever won't move past D?

Or when the lower gears are selected it doesn't go into that gear?
