cali's have have a different exhaust setup. Extra cat, different flanges, amongst other things

hey i was thinking about getting this exhaust in the future. i live in cali and i was wondering if anyone could give any insight into how this works? in cali we have pretty strict exhaust laws but i was wondering if this exhaust was really tolerated in california? apparently injens intake systems are legal in cali as they pass CARB standards but i couldnt find out anything on their exhausts
