Just something I'm gonna be doing next weekend and wanted to invite you people.

Popped Pink Polos required.
$10 dollar minimum donation, $20 if you don't pop a pink polo.
Pub Crawl around the NYU area of NYC.
Places to stay can be arranged.
Be there or be square.

All proceeds go to Susan G. Komen foundation. www.komen.org

For anyone unfamiliar with the three previous PPPP's it was started by a group of guys at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in spring of 2005 to raise money for breast cancer research. It was a huge success in the college days raising over $150 each year in nickles and dimes. Now that (most of us) have jobs we're looking to continue the tradition.

Myths/excuses about PPPP:

-It's too "****" to wear a popped pink polo.
False- you're a jerk for not liking the idea of saving breasts and the women that have them.

-It's too "straight" to wear a popped pink polo.
Make an exception.

-Popping your collar is too bourgeois.
False- donating money to a great cause is noble.

-I'll be the only one looking like a weirdo.
True- if you don't wear a pink polo.

-I like big butts and I cannot lie.
Rock on. You should also like healthy breasts.

-There will be no girls there.
False- girls instinctively flock to the PPPP- and for once this isn't at a location with a 4:1 ratio.

-But I don't like Person X who is attending.
I've never met someone a couple carbombs/shots couldn't fix.

-I don't drink.
Neither do breasts.

-New York is too far away.
False- probably. Keith Jones is driving three hours to attend his fourth. There will be a special prize for the person that commutes the furthest.

-I don't know anyone in New York City.
False- Everyone knows SOMEONE in New York City. Besides, you know one of the people that invited you, and they know someone there obviously. Even if that isn't the case hotels, hostles, park benches and college aged people are easy enough to find.

-I'll be pregaming.
Stay tuned for official pregames.

Popped Pink Polo People,

with May 10th closing in on us, and the PPPP drawing nearer, we finally have some details for you! We'll be starting at 9pm EST at "Off The Wagon" - 109 MacDougal Street, NY, NY. We figure we'll all grab pitchers and a round of shots there. Then, at around 10pm, we'll be moving to "Slane" - 102 MacDougal Street. Around 11pm, we'll move on down to "Down the Hatch" - 179 W. 4th Street, NY, NY. After an hour there, we'll move on to another bar and the night will continue like this until everyone is good and loaded and we've saved as many breasts as possible.

To recap:
9pm - Off The Wagon - 109 MacDougal St.
10pm - Slane - 102 MacDougal St.
11pm - Down The Hatch - 179 W. 4th St.
12am - somewhere else.

Pre-gaming is probably best set up on an individual basis. Alan and Ali seem to have plans so if you need something to do, ask them.

Don't forget, it's $10 if you wear a pink polo with collar appropriately popped, $20 and a life of shame if you don't. See you on the 10th!

-Carlos, Alan, Ali, and the rest of the PPPP Planners.

And of course Eric... not that I planned anything but to be there popped and pink and well plastered.
