could someone tell me where to route the power wire from the battery into the car? i can not seem to find any opening in the engine bay. thanks!

you will probably have to make one... drill, rubber gromet from a hardware shop and your set!.. Good Luck.. they are always fun!! Just remember to always run your power wire on the opposite side of the car you are running your rca's.. :thumbsup:

i put my amp wire in my 02 galant like this-

from the battery to the wheel well through a hole already there (near the strut mount ). i put a grommet like protector on this hole. went down around the wheel well by putting the wire under its plastic housing. ran to the back of the car by using wire ties, then into the trunk through a carefully driiled hole and grommet.

keep the wire away from moving parts like shocks, and secure far enough away from hot exhaust parts. my wire is now in there 7 years and shows no signs of wear. i check it periodically.

your amp-turn on wire will route easily from behind the stereo, through molding, under the seating and into the trunk.
